If with the huge dent in al Qaeda in Iraq with Zarqawi dead, the Democrats could not bring themselves to praise the situation. To exploit the Republicans in 2006 and 2008 the Democrats must keep hammering their view that the war in Iraq is a mistake. Any acknowledgement that good things are occurring in Iraq would be a political disaster for Democrats. Negative press for Iraq is the only tool Democrats can get voters to take notice because Democrats have lost ideas on solutions that benefit the majority of Americans.

The Democratic Party agenda seeks to keep Black-Americans impoverished, recruit illegal aliens from Mexico to vote (remember Francine Busby) and dilute morality by warring with Christianity about morality as related to secular humanistic relativism (e.g. homosexuality, prayer in public institutions and God on public forums).
