When will the insanity stop? Yet again a Federal Judge has ruled to favor immorality as the rule of law by obliterating bi-partisan legislation in the State of Oklahoma. These are the kind of actions which polarize America.

The definition as to gender rights needs to be defined by the Federal Congress to settle this once and for all. Let the challenge proceed to the Supreme Court (because it will). If the Supreme Court views immoral gender bending as a right, then Congress needs to address a Constitutional Amendment to settle the issue. Otherwise the polarization will grow and grow in which some time down the road, violence will take place.

The pent up stands between moral Christians and moral relativist liberals will erupt into 60's style violence. That may be a viewed as an overreaching prediction today, but the 60's violence was not conceivable in the 40's of 50's. History will repeat on a more intense note if the Courts are allowed to tell people what they can and cannot believe.

The issue of moral acceptance should be a matter of local legislation, not a Court mandated enforcement.
