Fidel Castro for all intent and purposes is living the end of his days in de facto retirement. Most Cuban watch dogs believe Castro is suffering from some sort of terminal disease. Julia Sweig writes in Foreign Affairs as evil as Castro has been in the exercise of despotism and the brain washing in Latin American politics, he has actually built a stable government with a viable infrastructure including nearly 100% educational prospect of Cuban children.
