A Jerusalem judge ruled that the PA constitutes all that is needed to be sovereign nation. Let us pray that Israel has a higher court that can overrule this on some kind of appeal. This moron has executed a judgment that Islamofascist Arabs will use against his own nation. Moronic International Courts like The Hague will be quick to pick up on this ruling.

Dangerous Precedent: Jerusalem Judge Rules PA is a Sovereign State

(IsraelNN.com) In a ground-breaking decision that promises to have repercussions throughout the world, the President of the Jerusalem District court rules Sunday that the Palestinian Authority can be considered a sovereign state.

Judge Boaz Okon issued the verdict that said “The PA meets the main requirements that constitute a ‘state’.”

The decision came in civil suit over lands purchased by the Association of the Elon Moreh College from PA Arabs in Area A, under full PA control. The Association claimed the lands were bought from a village chief, whose affidavit was later disregarded. The Association filed suit for in the Jerusalem District court against the PA, the State of Israel, and other bodies for return of the money it paid for the land, which the Court ruled was not enforceable, inasmuch as Israeli law does not apply in Palestinian Authority-controlled territories.
